# Frequently asked questions

**Do I need to book, or can I walk in?** Walk-ins are welcome at all three studios every day. For evenings, groups and longer treatments such as extensions or full-head braids, book on Fresha or send us a booking request and we confirm by WhatsApp.

**Can I get braids while waiting for the ferry to Koh Phangan?** Yes. Honey Beauty Studio Bang Rak is one minute on foot from the Seatran Discovery pier, open daily 10:00–20:00. Single braids and Double Dutch take 15 to 30 minutes; come an hour before departure for a half head. Kids, women and boys welcome.

**How do I pay?** Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Thai QR payment and cash in Thai Baht. Contactless at every studio.

Massage prices apply at Honey Health Massage in Bang Rak.
